--- STEP1: TRANSFORM .ARDF datafiles of the 3D FFM measurements into .h5 files, according to the instructions provided by Asylum Research.
--- STEP2: PROCESS the .h5 files according to the method described in the manuscript to create a new .MAT datafile.
--- STEP3: ANALYZE the .MAT files using the Kuenle equations to generate force maps, this creates a new .MAT file with the analyzed data.

(The code requires the use of "patchline" MATLAB function that could be downloaded from the MathWorks website and placed in the working folder)
