Warp
Warp runs on the K3 pc, open it, this takes a few seconds longer than expected.
Input:
- Choose the network folder where the data is stored.
- Chiise the file type.
- Set pixel size.
- Set dose per frame.
Preprocessing:
- SerialEM writes the gain ref in the folder that you write your data to.
- When using counting mode (5760 x 4092) SerialEM writes an MRC gain ref file and no flip or transpose is needed.
- When using superresolution mode (5760 x 4092) SerialEM copies the DM4 gain ref file and Flip Y axis is needed.
CTF:
- Screen shot values should work for most cases.
- Defocus minimum should not be zero!
- When fits are problematic, play with Window size, Range values and Use Movie Sum.
Motion:
- Range should be 0.05 to 0.25 of Nyquist, so (2 x pixel size / 0.05) and (2 x pixel size / 0.25), when not changed this should be set automatically when setting pixel size first.
