Frame alignment with IMOD on support pc
Make sure the frame folder on the K2 pc is accessible to the support pc.
SerialEM should have been setup to align in IMOD:

-
On the Krios support pc, open a command prompt.
- Make a folder for the session and make three subfolders on your network share 1) images, 2) data and 3) thumbs.
- Open a command prompt, go to the session folder.
- Run this command:
framewatcher -watch Z:/ -binning 2 -gpu 1 -output ./images -processed ./data -thumb ./thumbs -power 1000
Details:
- FrameWatcher.
- Aligned images go into images folder.
- Raw data goes into data folder, there will also be a gain ref file.
- Thumbs folder will have jpegs of images with power spectrum, easy monitoring the data collection over remote.

Once everything runs, check if the GPU's are used:
- Open another command prompt.
- Type
"\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\NVSMI\nvidia-smi.exe" -l
(WITH THE QUOTES!) - Check if framewatcher is using the GPU:
