Black stripe in images
During aqcuisition you notice a black channel on the camera.
First, please save the image for later analysis by Gatan!

This is causes by one of the K3 channels in the camera head not
communicating properly with the processor.

First, stop the SerialEM aqcuisition.

In Gatan Digital Micrograph, Microscope tab on the left, Camera Monitor LED will probably be orange when in error), click on
:
- Click Quick Scan:
- System Health dialog will probably show an error for the PC Data
Link Status, click Resst Data Link and wait 10 seconds, if not cleared
and green, click again, and again, and one more gain....The click ok
and close the K3 Setup dialog.

If ok, aqcuire a new dark reference: Menu Camera, Prepare Dark Reference, this takes 10 seconds.
Done!
Restart SerialEM aqcuisition.
