Installation / Operation

To get started using the OCECgo software:

	Option 1: Double-click the "OCECgo_webinstaller" executable to install a standalone version of the software on your computer.
	Option 2: From a MatLab workspace (version R2016a, or newer) add the "MatLab_Source_Code" directory and subfolders to the MatLab path and run "OCECgo".

Software Testing
================

Example calibration and analysis data are provided in the "Example_Data" folder for testing the OCECgo software.

Example Calibration:

	Option 1: In section 1) of OCECgo's "Calibration Tool" tab, input the example calibration data provided in Table 1 of the JoVE manuscript.

	Option 2: Import the example calibration file by clicking the "Import Calibration" button in section 1) of OCECgo's "Calibration Tool" tab. Example calibration data will be imported and the user can run an analysis by pressing the "GO" button in section 3).

Data Analysis:

	- Load an example data set by pressing "Browse..." in section 1a) of OCECgo's "Data Analysis Tool - Inputs" tab. Example data will be loaded and the data's thermogram and AVEC plot can be created by pressing the "GO" button in section 2d) (provided calibration data has been provided in section 2c)).

	- An instrument output file, corresponding to the example dataset, is also provided for testing of the "From results file" selection in section 2b).
