Subject: permission to use data

Dear Sir / Madame

RE:  Biomed Opt Express. May 1, 2014; 5(5): 1309–1320

We were recently contacted to submit a "methods" paper for JOVE (Journal of Visualized Experiments).  The journal focuses on the technique but also require sample data.

We were hoping to publish our sample data from the above article we previously published with BOEx and would like to ask your permission in this regard.  Hope this is OK and look forward to hearing from you.

Thanks so much,

Lee
